Based in Felino, near Parma, CAVALLI Meat Processing Machinery is an established Italian company specialising in machinery and processing solutions for the meat and cured meat industries. Its history dates back to the 1970s, with the development of machinery for traditional Italian ham production.

Throughout these years, CAVALLI has played a key role in introducing CRUELLS machinery to the Italian market and establishing our equipment among Italian meat processors.
Today, this long-standing collaboration continues, particularly through our Q-72 and Q-74 pneumatic skinning machines, alongside other equipment from the CRUELLS product range.
