Cruells Talleres SL expands its range of professional tools for the meat sector with the launch of the FCU manual pneumatic knife, specifically designed for the fast and precise cutting of pork or beef ribs.
The FCU model incorporates a “U” shaped blade, which facilitates the clean separation of ribs without damaging adjacent tissue, reducing operator effort and improving productivity in butcher shops, cutting plants, and slaughterhouses.
Manufactured with resistant and lightweight materials, the FCU knife weighs only 1.3 kg, has an air consumption of 240 l/min, and operates at a pressure of 6 bar, offering stable performance and a reduced noise level (83 dBA). It is available in various blade sizes—from 8 to 22 mm—to adapt to different types of rib cages.
